As a Consulting Partner within the Core Processing Transformation Practice in BFSI, you will play a pivotal role in leading the growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts. By leveraging existing and emerging capabilities and identifying new strategic growth areas, you will drive significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally. Establishing C-level relationships, collaborating with Global Account Executives and other business leaders, and enhancing transformation themes and consulting capabilities will be key responsibilities in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include defining a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic accounts, developing deep expertise and industry connections to drive the consulting and advisory business, identifying differentiated services and solutions, and ensuring customer value remains at the core of all activities. Additionally, you will focus on creating a strong market positioning for Wipro and increasing the organization's mindshare through innovative solutions and customer-centric approaches.
