Job Description The Transformation leader is responsible for driving Digital transformation and Continuous improvement for a portfolio of clients impacting Finance & Accounting processes, leveraging digital technology to drive organizational value optimization, efficiency improvements leading to significant cost reduction across enterprise Value stream like Order to Cash ( O2C), Record to Report (R2R) , Procure to Pay ( P2P) etc. Adept in designing and creating E2E transformation roadmaps and Lead Multiple transformations projects to bring in breakthrough Solutions that drives with very less human intensive interfaces to drive Business outcomes and Transformation initiatives. Partner with WNS teams to conduct workshops with clients and operations teams to generate end to end transformation opportunities and manage the overall execution of transformation roadmap including contractual commitments The role will require to successfully build credible partnerships across business functions, stakeholders, and IT teams during identification, solutioning and execution of projects and programs Be able to create and present ROI to WNS leadership and clients and secure approvals on investments required to execute initiatives Should be adept in understanding the impact of GenAI, Agentic tools, Hyperautomations across the Finance and Accounting value stream Manage programs activities including but not limited to scope, financials (e.g., business case, budget),resourcing (e.g., FTE, roles and responsibilities, utilization), timeline and tollgates and risks. The Sr Business Analyst- Hyperautomation (Python) role at GVMS Hiring requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Hyperautomation and Cloud/Azure based product domains. While experience in mapping data from legacy to modernization systems is preferred, it is not mandatory. It is essential for the candidate to possess the ability to work across multiple domains smoothly, with special preference given to those with experience in Insurance, healthcare, and Retail sectors. An analytical approach to problem-solving is crucial for this role, along with proficiency in using Agile methodologies. Responsibilities of this role include responding to emerging roadmap and market requirements, identifying logical solutions to meet those requirements, and active participation in the Go-To-Market process to ensure successful product launches. The candidate will be expected to act as a product expert internally and externally, collaborate with the Product Owner and engineering team to manage and maintain a Backlog in JIRA, and work closely with software development teams in an Agile environment to define priorities and manage issues to successful conclusion. Moreover, the Sr Business Analyst will work with Agile engineering teams to produce proof of concept solutions, manage the release of new product features, and produce detailed release plans. Clear communication and documentation skills are essential, as the candidate will be responsible for creating product specifications, release notes, and clearly defined requirements through rigorous investigation and analysis.
