As a Consulting Manager at Aon, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing a portfolio of clients within the technology industry. Your responsibilities will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored HR consulting solutions to help them achieve their strategic goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop account growth strategies, ensure client satisfaction, and drive long-term partnerships.
