Consultant - Software

The Senior Software Developer position involves developing strategic solutions for new services and functionality. You will design software and actively participate in programming, testing, and documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Effective communication with the team, organization, and external vendors is a key aspect of this role. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with IT teams to implement future automations, integrating ServiceNow modules, and architecting ServiceNow automation, scripting, and integration with existing systems like Active Directory. You should have hands-on experience with REST API integration and other ServiceNow integration methods, along with a strong understanding of Flow Designer. Additionally, knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and others is essential. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing SAM Pro and HAM for clients, conducting workshops to showcase the value of solutions, developing custom software solutions, customizing ServiceNow applications, and supporting the planning and training of internal clients. Collaboration with team members, peer leadership, and adherence to quality standards and procedures are also key aspects of the position. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 3+ years of software development experience. Proficiency in programming, software engineering standards, Windows and Unix operating systems, and excellent communication skills are necessary. You must also demonstrate strong analytical skills, ingenuity, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.,
