Role Overview: You will be a part of the Senior Software Developer role at firstsourc in Hyderabad, IN, where you will be involved in developing strategic solutions for new services and functionality. Your responsibilities will include designing software, participating in programming, testing, and documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Effective communication with the team, organization, and external vendors is crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Work with IT teams to implement future automations and integrate additional ServiceNow modules. - Architect ServiceNow automation and integrate it with existing systems like Active Directory. - Have hands-on experience with REST API integration, various ServiceNow integration methods, and a strong understanding of Flow Designer. - Implement SAM Pro and HAM for clients, install and configure software products from ServiceNow, and conduct workshops with clients. - Develop custom software solutions, customize ServiceNow applications focusing on the CSM module, and support the design and implementation of a platform operating model. - Create reports, gather requirements, and configure Service Operations Workspace. - Collaborate with team members, provide peer leadership, conduct project tracking activities, recommend modifications to existing processes, and identify ways to improve technical output. - Proactive problem-solving, adherence to quality standards, compliance with regulations, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously are key aspects of this role.
