The Senior Software Developer role at firstsourc in Hyderabad, IN involves developing strategic solutions for new services and functionality. You will design software, participate in programming, testing, and documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You should have hands-on experience with REST API integration, different ServiceNow integration methods, and a strong understanding of Flow Designer. Knowledge of various ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing SAM Pro and HAM for clients, installing and configuring software products from ServiceNow, conducting workshops with clients, developing custom software solutions, and customizing ServiceNow applications focusing on the CSM module. You will also support the design and implementation of a platform operating model, create reports, gather requirements, and configure Service Operations Workspace. As a Senior Software Developer, you are expected to collaborate with team members, provide peer leadership, conduct project tracking activities, recommend modifications to existing processes, and identify ways to improve technical output.
