Position for : Internal Auditor

Reporting to : Engagement Partner

Job Profile & Responsibilities:

Internal Audit

• Coordination with Plant Audit Heads / Function Heads for Audit Plan Completion - Perform duties essential to attain internal audit scope of work.
• Internal Audit Execution - Conducting independently process & post audits as per the annual audit plan and management request.
• Internal Audit Report Discussion with Process Owners - Discussion of Internal Audit Report with Concerned departments for Management replies and Action Plan.
• Internal Audit Reports Finalisation - Drafting and finalising the internal audit report, ensuring that the issues are adequately communicated and supported with facts under the guidance of engagement partner/ senior team member.

Other exposure

• Automobiles Manufacturing Processes Knowledge - Strong knowledge of Automobiles Manufacturing Processes.
• Advance MS Excel knowledge in data analytics. MS PowerPoint Knowledge - Preparation & finalisation of PPT for Audit Committee Meetings and other presentations.
• Expert Knowledge of SAP & Accounting - Provide inputs to strengthen standard operating procedures (SOP), company policies, SAP controls & delegation of powers as part of the IA reports.
• Evaluation of management actions on previous audit reports and drafting of the Action Taken Report.
• Recommend methods to enhance and improve control procedures.
• Execute any other assignment as and when given by firm from time to time based on pre-occupation for the assigned project.

Other requirements:

• Chartered Accountant CA/CIA with at least 2 years core internal audit experience in Manufacturing, preferably Automotive Industry.
• Adequate knowledge of SAP-FI & MM and related modules, Data Analytical Tools, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent Analytical, Communication, and Presentation skills.
• High Integrity and Ethical standards.
• Travel as per requirement and approval, if any.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
