Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Quality Analyst-ServiceNow
In this role, We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing testing activities for our ServiceNow platform and ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ServiceNow project managers, developers, and administrators to develop and implement comprehensive testing solutions for the ServiceNow platform and applications.
- Implement and manage the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Test Management, and other relevant testing tools to ensure continuous and reliable release cycles.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including SPO and CSM.
- Design, develop, and maintain test suites and scripts for new and existing ServiceNow features based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Effectively communicate test goals, priorities, plans, schedules, status, and results to stakeholders across the organization.
- Document and report on ServiceNow testing, verification, and validation activities, including detailed error reports, non-conformances, and recommended corrective actions.
- Actively participate in Agile release planning for new ServiceNow features, platform enhancements, defect fixes, and platform optimization.
- Lead early access testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) with ServiceNow stakeholders.
- Ensure that testing conclusions, recommendations, and sign-off are supported by comprehensive test results, with documented exceptions or deviations from requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test plan development, and test strategy implementation.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing of ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Release modules.
- Ability to interpret requirements documentation and translate them into effective test cases.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development concepts and objects.
- Experience testing ServiceNow domain-separated environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- ServiceNow CSM and SPO certification.
- ServiceNow ATF Micro-Certification.
- ISTQB certification.
