Location : Jamnagar, Dwarka – Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Construction Manager with specialized expertise in wind turbine foundations to lead and oversee the construction of wind energy projects in Jamnagar and Dwarka. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, constructing, and managing a minimum of 100 wind turbine foundations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

  Lead the end-to-end construction activities of wind turbine foundations, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.

• Technical Expertise:

  Provide specialized oversight on the design and construction of wind turbine foundations, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.

• Foundation Construction:

  Manage the construction of wind turbine foundations, including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, and curing, ensuring quality and compliance.

• Quality Assurance & Control:

  Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Health & Safety:

  Enforce strict safety protocols on-site, conduct safety briefings, and lead incident investigations if required.

• Coordination & Liaison:

  Coordinate with various stakeholders including project managers, civil engineers, suppliers, and local authorities.

• Resource Management:

  Oversee the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize construction schedules and costs.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress reports, and quality documentation; report to senior management regularly.

• Problem Solving:

  Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to prevent delays.

• Compliance & Permits:

  Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, permits, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale civil construction projects, with at least 10 years in wind energy projects.
• Proven expertise as a Civil Head or Construction Manager, specifically in wind turbine foundation construction.
• Successfully completed a minimum of 100 wind turbine foundations.
• Deep understanding of foundation design, geotechnical considerations, and construction methodologies specific to wind energy.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, quality assurance, and environmental regulations applicable in India.
• Experience working in Gujarat or similar terrains is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
