About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Computer Vision Engineer with 3 to 5 years of industry experience to join our AI team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced computer vision and image processing solutions across various applications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with a proven track record of building and optimizing computer vision systems in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for tasks such as object detection, segmentation, classification, tracking, and pose estimation.
• Build and train deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to define system requirements and design robust, scalable solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, latency, and accuracy on edge devices or in cloud environments.
• Analyze large datasets of images and videos to improve algorithm performance.
• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in computer vision and AI.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and maintain high standards of software quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision, machine learning, or deep learning roles.
• Proficient in Python and libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of image processing techniques, CNNs, and classical vision methods.
• Experience with model deployment (e.g., ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO) and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time vision systems or video analytics.
• Background in working with edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi).
• Knowledge of 3D vision, SLAM, or multi-view geometry is a plus.
• Publications or contributions to open-source CV/ML projects.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
