As a Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE), you will play a key role in ensuring that compliance-related activities are properly planned, executed, and documented. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving compliance documents, ensuring that they provide sufficient evidence of conformity with applicable technical, regulatory, or organizational requirements.
The CVE acts as a technical authority, supporting cross-functional teams, assisting in the preparation of compliance checklists, and ensuring that all compliance documentation is verified before final approval or submission.
· Verify that compliance demonstration activities are adequately planned, executed, and documented.
· Review compliance documents to ensure sufficiency of evidence against applicable requirements.
· Approve compliance documents as part of the verification process.
· Perform comprehensive verification of compliance through detailed review and analysis of all relevant documents, reports, and technical evidence, including test plans, calculations, inspections, and audits, to confirm that organizational or regulatory requirements are fully met.
· Assist teams in preparing compliance checklists and documentation summaries.
· Verify availability of all required documentation and recommend approvals to senior management.
· Support the preparation of compliance reports for internal or external review.
· Ensure traceability and proper referencing of all compliance documents.
· Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities related to compliance processes.
· Collaborate closely with design, testing, and technical teams to achieve accurate and timely compliance verification.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field.
· Experience in compliance verification, quality assurance, or technical documentation in a relevant industry.
· Strong understanding of applicable technical standards, regulatory frameworks, or organizational compliance requirements.
· Familiarity with compliance documentation, reporting, and verification methods.
· Excellent documentation, technical review, and reporting skills.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Prior experience in a compliance verification or technical review role.
· Experience with preparation and verification of compliance checklists and reports.
· Hands-on experience with testing, inspections, or verification activities.
· Understanding of organizational or industry-specific compliance frameworks.
· Ability to contribute to process improvement and quality initiatives.
· Collaborative mindset and commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation.
