Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance across RBI regulations, reporting, and audits.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
• Develop internal compliance processes, policies, and training programs.
• Work closely with business, credit, legal, and product teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update internal systems and controls
  

What We’re Looking For

• 10–18 years of experience in NBFC or BFSI compliance roles.
• Deep understanding of RBI norms, NBFC regulatory framework, and compliance operations.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory inspections and external audits.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and build the function ground up.
