Compliance Head

In this role as Compliance Head, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and overseeing compliance activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning end-to-end compliance across RBI regulations, reporting, and audits. - Liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors. - Developing internal compliance processes, policies, and training programs. - Working closely with business, credit, legal, and product teams to ensure compliance. - Monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal systems and controls proactively. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - 10-18 years of experience in NBFC or BFSI compliance roles. - Deep understanding of RBI norms, NBFC regulatory framework, and compliance operations. - Proven ability to manage regulatory inspections and external audits. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and build the compliance function from the ground up. If you are from mid to large NBFCs with an AUM of 50k crore to 1L+ crore, hold a Company Secretary (CS) qualification (LLB is a strong plus), and have an average job tenure of at least 3 years in each role, this opportunity is for you.
