Role Description


Kimbal is seeking a meticulous and proactive Compliance Associate to oversee and manage all regulatory, legal, and internal compliance requirements across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless adherence to applicable laws and standards, while actively monitoring compliance status through our compliance management tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the Company
  • Regularly update and maintain compliance checklists and other required documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external consultants to gather necessary data for compliance submissions
  • Flag upcoming deadlines, potential non-compliances, and generate regular compliance reports for management review
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, ensuring readiness and proper documentation
  • Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance processes and tool usage


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law / Chartered Accountant.
  • 0–1 year of experience in compliance or regulatory roles (experience with compliance tools preferred).
  • Strong understanding of corporate compliance requirements across various domains (legal, financial, operational, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
