Join our team and help us maintain and exceed global standards! 🌍🔐 👨‍💼 Role: Compliance Analyst 🕒 Experience: 2-5 Years 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 📌 Location: Bengaluru, India (Onsite) 🔍 What You’ll Be Doing: Conducting gap analyses and readiness assessments for ISO 27001, SOC 1 & SOC 2 🔍 Developing and implementing compliance programs and policies 📑 Reviewing and updating risk assessments and risk registers ⚠️ Performing internal audits and coordinating external audits 📋 Providing expert guidance on compliance best practices 💡 Preparing and reviewing compliance documentation 📚 Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with compliance requirements 🤝 Staying up-to-date with the latest in compliance regulations and standards 🧠 ✅ What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Security, or a related field 🎓 3-5 years of experience in compliance consulting 🧾 Strong understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 1 & SOC 2 frameworks 🔐 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 🧠🗣 Ability to work independently and collaboratively 💪👥 🌟 Nice to Have: Experience with cloud compliance ☁️ Certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor 🏅 Familiarity with ISO 9001, GDPR , or other compliance standards 🔎 🎁 What We Offer: Competitive salary & benefits 💸 Opportunities for professional development & certifications 📈 A collaborative and growth-driven work culture 🌱 📩 Ready to Apply?
