Business Loans (BL)

RBI guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Conduct process and system walkthroughs covering the full loan lifecycle:

• Loan Origination → Login → Pre-sanction → Underwriting → Disbursement → Post-disbursement checks

📊 Monthly loan file reviews to identify:

• Internal control gaps
• Data entry issues
• Regulatory non-compliance
• Revenue leakage
• Process inefficiencies
• SOP improvement opportunities

🤝 Collaborate with key stakeholders (Business, Legal, Risk, Credit, Ops, IT, etc.) to define and close

Management Action Plans (MAPs)

📈 Prepare and share insightful monthly reports with senior management

✅ Monitor and ensure timely MAP implementation
