Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst

, you will play a critical role in shaping and managing competitive, fair, and compliant rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to design data-driven compensation structures and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will combine analytical expertise with a strong understanding of market trends to ensure pay equity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive plans to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Conduct market benchmarking using compensation surveys and industry data to inform pay decisions
  • Support annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and incentives
  • Develop and maintain job architecture, grading frameworks, and role evaluations
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide compensation recommendations and insights
  • Manage benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits
  • Evaluate benefits offerings for cost efficiency, employee value, and market relevance
  • Support vendor management, renewals, and negotiations with benefits providers
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review and decision-making
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to compensation and benefits programs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance rewards processes and employee experience

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, HR analytics, or rewards management
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and incentive design
  • Hands-on experience managing employee benefits programs and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR systems for data analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Good knowledge of employment laws, statutory compliance, and payroll-related regulations
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting annual compensation reviews and benefits renewals is highly preferred
