1. Designing and developing dashboards and reports for senior leadership to track compensation trends and workforce analytics
2. Managing and maintaining compensation data for global employee populations with utmost accuracy
3. Assisting in the digital transformation journey of the HR function
4. Supporting compensation planning, budgeting, and incentive program implementation
5. Partnering with HR teams across geographies to resolve queries and drive rewards excellence
1. Post-Graduate in HR or Graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits domain (Compensation Benchmarking, Rewards strategy, HR Analytics, data management, strategy, employee engagement)
2. Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting, modeling, and forecasting
3. Working knowledge of analytical tools such as BI or Tableau is good to have
4. Exposure to SAP (SuccessFactors), Fusion, or Workday (a plus)
5. Highly analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
