We are currently hiring HR - Compensation & Benefit team. Please find below the details,

Location - Chennai

Mode - WFO

Department:

Key Requirements

Must have experience in Indian Payroll activities
Strong knowledge of
Compensation & Benefits
No requirement for Talent Acquisition
strictly Payroll team
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
Good understanding of
labor laws, payroll regulations, and payroll reconciliation
Excellent communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll including salary, overtime, deductions, allowances, and bonuses
Administer compensation plans and benefits programs (Mediclaim, Life Insurance, ESI, etc.)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Support annual compensation review and payroll lifecycle queries
