Role & responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:
Lead the design and management of C&B programs, salary benchmarking, and ensure compliance with the
New Wage Code
.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with Group CHRO and business leaders to align rewards strategy with organizational goals.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
Own workforce planning and budgeting processes.
Performance Management:
Lead PMS implementation and drive a performance-oriented culture.
Reporting & Analytics:
Deliver insights on pay structures, market trends, and workforce costs.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills & Expertise

Compensation & Benefits strategy, salary benchmarking, and benefits design
Performance Management Systems (PMS) ownership and driving performance culture
Workforce planning and manpower budgeting
HR analytics and reporting on pay structures, market trends, and workforce costs
HRMS experience
Stakeholder management and influencing CXOs and business leaders
Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and change management
Exposure to multi-geography rewards practices (South East Asia, Europe, Middle East)

Qualifications

MBA from a reputed institute
Strong exposure to total rewards, compensation, and benefits
