Job Description

CS/LLB who ensure governance and compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, ROC, MCA, RBI, and NCLT. Manage board meetings, filings, CSR, mergers, insurance Insurance D&O, Cyber, CGL, EPLI and audits for domestic and international entities.

Required Candidate profile
