Community Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Workshaala Spaces. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with tenants, organizing events and activities within the workspace, managing community communication channels, and ensuring a positive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

*Oversee daily operations of the building and ensure smooth functioning.

*Manage and coordinate vendors for various services and facility requirements.

*Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.

*Monitor execution of tasks and resolve operational issues promptly.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, residents, and service providers.

*Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety guidelines.

*Report regularly on building operations, vendor performance, and key metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-4 years Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
