Community Manager

• Running the day-to-day operations of the workspace center, including managing revenue and P&L, and ensuring adherence to standard protocols
• Community Building: Building and expanding the community by creating a collaborative environment, organizing events, and fostering hyper local alliances and partnerships
• Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery through maximum renewals, maintaining above-target CSAT scores, and fostering brand ambassadorship.
• Training and Development: Providing guided practice and coaching to subordinates and facility teams, while also focusing on personal development and readiness for future leadership roles.
• Vendor Management: Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay processes
• Facilities Management: Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the center.
• Financial Management: Ensuring compliance with Challan, Invoices & Payment as per the process.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with community members, clients, and vendors.
• Event Planning and Execution: Organizing and executing eventsto foster community engagement and networking.
• Inventory Management
• Audit and costs management
• Local Area Marketing
• F & B Planning & Execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
