Commodity Specialist

Company Overview:

We are a growing stock broking firm based in Surat, specializing in equity, commodity, and derivative trading. Our commitment to client service and compliance makes us a preferred partner for retail and institutional investors. We are currently looking for a dedicated MCX Executive to join our night shift team and ensure smooth execution and monitoring of commodity trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and execute trades on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) platform during night market hours.
• Support clients with real-time trading assistance and provide updates on market trends and movements.
• Maintain accurate records of client trades and positions.
• Monitor price movements, news, and other updates related to commodities.
• Assist in risk management by ensuring margin requirements are met and alerting clients or senior staff to potential issues.
• Coordinate with the back office for contract notes, margin statements, and other post-trade processes.
• Respond to client queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all trades are compliant with exchange regulations and internal company policies.
• Support the senior dealers or managers with any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or any finance-related degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in commodity trading (MCX) or working in a broking firm. Freshers with strong market interest may also apply.
• Certifications: NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives) / Series-I (Currency) preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of commodity markets and trading platforms (ODIN, NEAT, NOW, etc.).
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Gujarati.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in high-pressure and time-sensitive environments.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
