Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically with Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continental cuisine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Conduct inventory management of food supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to food safety and quality control.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commis I in a reputable hotel or restaurant establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
