Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Commi III and OJT Continental Cuisine professional in Regenta Place, Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Participate in food costing and inventory management activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and quality focus.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and basic knowledge of cooking techniques.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
