Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi I - Bakery to join our team at Holiday Inn. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in bakery operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the bakery chef in preparing high-quality bread and pastries.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Ensure all food products meet quality standards before service.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve efficient service.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the bakery's offerings.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi I - Bakery or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
