Job Description

Looking to onboard a highly motivated and skilled Commi (Cafeteria) with 2-4 years of experience to join our team at Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Assist in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi (Cafeteria) or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
