Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Commercial Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day sales activities, including developing sales strategies, establishing sales objectives, and managing sales performance. The role involves identifying and targeting potential commercial clients, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Sales Performance Management
• Skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Business Development
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Experience in the real estate or commercial property market is a plus
