Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the sales efforts across North America as a Commercial Sales Manager. Your role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets, managing and leading the North American sales team, building strong customer relationships, identifying emerging markets, collaborating with the marketing team, negotiating contracts, providing accurate sales forecasts, attending industry events, and working closely with product development and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the North American market to meet or exceed sales targets. - Manage and lead the North American sales team, providing training, mentorship, and support. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding customer trends and needs. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts, and stay aware of new products and competition status. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management using CRM tools. - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company. - Work closely with the product development and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the North American market. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth. - Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. - Solid customer service and relationship-building skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as required.,
