Commercial Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead and manage sales of commercial real estate projects, including office spaces, retail properties, and investment assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven sales record, and deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for commercial real estate projects.
• Manage and guide the sales team to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitive activities.
• Organize and participate in property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Coordinate with marketing and project teams for lead generation and promotional activities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–14 years of experience in commercial real estate sales (offices, retail, or co-working).
• Strong client network and proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
