Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager with 90%+ experience in B2B commercial sales of premium automation, lighting controls, and audio-video solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B commercial sales for premium automation, lighting, and AV solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and manage high-value clients in hospitality, corporate, and luxury segments.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and influencers.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, solution proposals, and close large-scale deals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of experience, 90%+ in commercial B2B sales.
  • Proven success in selling niche/luxury solutions (e.g., smart switches, AV, BMS).
  • Strong network in the commercial real estate and hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
