Key Responsibilities

Document Scrutiny: Verify and validate commercial contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation.
Proofreading & QA: Meticulously proofread bills and invoices for errors, ensuring processing accuracy.
Due Diligence: Support basic due diligence by organizing and reviewing necessary documentation.
Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on document status, verification progress, and compliance.
Attention to Detail: Maintain rigorous quality control across all document-related tasks.
Requirements
Experience in a commercial, accounts or administrative role focused on documentation.
Exceptional attention to detail and proven proofreading skills.
Proficiency in standard office and document management software (SAP/ Expedeon / Sharepoint)
