Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the company's Commercial team by providing analysis on Business Partner income to maximize commercial opportunities with key partners in line with the overall commercial strategy. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and closely working with the Commercial Managers, you will provide daily support to the team to achieve key objectives such as improving commercial terms for the membership and collaboratively executing commercial and marketing plans. Your ultimate aim will be to consistently deliver in a way that enhances TTNG reputation and standing within the company's marketplace and the independent travel sector. Key Responsibilities: - Support the delivery of commercial terms by tracking targets and overrides, making clear recommendations on required actions to achieve the required return. - Ensure accurate, timely data collection from credit control, effectively managed in commercial systems. - Provide monthly board analysis on budgeted and forecasted business partner incomes. - Track commercial performance across the group of businesses, ensuring optimization of key business partner agreements in terms of margin generation. - Identify and create relevant reports using new or existing technologies. - Ensure that all Business Partner contractual documentation/ACFs are up to date at all times, contracts are signed, re-negotiated, and re-tenders are triggered. - Track performance for Preferred Partners to plan through careful monitoring and reporting of actual versus plan for the KPIs. - Lead the Commercial Reporting project to deliver Top 20-40 Business Partners MI reporting by member to drive performance and achieve override targets. - Maintain internal trackers for member targets and incentives. - Support the delivery of the agreed annual Business Partner Income budgeted revenue contribution by continually reviewing and analyzing business partner profitability, annual budget, monthly volume and income planning, and re-forecasting in line with the Financial schedule. - Contribute to commercial proposals throughout the financial year with key partners identifying income opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Commercially astute with previous experience gained in a fast-paced environment, travel preferred. - Clear communication skills with internal and external customers. - Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks. - Proven ability to manage multiple and competing tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work on your initiative under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong administrative skills and customer-focused mindset. - Proactive analytical thinker with strong financial acumen and experience of managing budgets. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work on your initiative and drive.
