Job Description

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing collections staff to enhance their communication, negotiation, and recovery skills Develop training materials, manuals, scripts, and assessment tools tailored to various collection strategies and compliance requirements Monitor trainee progress through evaluations, feedback sessions, and practical assessments to ensure competence Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes in debt collection practices and ensure training content reflects compliance Collaborate with collections managers to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions Maintain training records, reports, and documentation for audits and performance reviews Conduct refresher training sessions and workshops to reinforce best practices and boost collection effectiveness
