Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Trainer at our Noida location. The Collections Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting training sessions for the collections team, monitoring and assessing team members' performance, and providing feedback and coaching to enhance their skills. They will also design training materials and curriculum, stay updated with industry best practices, and ensure that training aligns with company goals and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Strong knowledge of collections processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Proficiency in designing training curriculum and materials
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the CXM or financial services industry is a plus
