Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs tailored for collections teams to improve performance and outcomes.
• Coordinate with team leaders to identify training needs and objectives.
• Deliver interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques to engage participants.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date records of training activities and outcomes for future reference.
• Collaborate with the HR department to align training initiatives with the company’s goals.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in training and development within the BPO industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,298.59 - ₹35,658.12 per month
