Job Summary:

Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    training sessions

    for new joiners on processes, systems, and tools.
  • Prepare

    training materials, manuals, and presentations

    .
  • Monitor and evaluate

    trainee performance

    , provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with

    team leaders and managers

    to identify training needs.
  • Update training programs based on

    process changes or updates

    .
  • Support

    coaching and mentoring

    initiatives to enhance team efficiency and performance.
  • Maintain

    training records and reports

    for management review.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience

    as a trainer in a

    BPO or similar environment

  • Strong

    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to

    conduct classroom and virtual training sessions

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office tools

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good

    analytical and organizational skills
