Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of field collection executives across assigned territories.
Plan and allocate field visits to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and ensure consistent performance.
Review and resolve escalated cases of payment defaults or customer disputes.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all collection activities.
Collaborate with the legal team for escalated or high-risk defaulters.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.
Train and guide the field team to maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance norms.
Maintain a database of field activities, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
