Collection Manager

Key Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement region-wise collection strategies aligned with company goals.   - Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance across branches.   - Identify risk-prone accounts and initiate proactive recovery measures.   - Work closely with regional teams to support and improve overdue recovery.   - Design and implement credit control processes and escalation protocols.   - Prepare MIS reports, collection dashboards, and aging analysis for management.   - Train, guide, and evaluate field collection executives and branch teams. - Collaborate with IT and operations to improve tech-led collection tools (e.g., digital reminders, dashboards, payment gateways).   - Liaise with legal/field teams for managing high-risk or default cases.   - Maintain customer relationships to ensure timely recoveries and dispute resolution. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Business, or Management).   - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.   - Proficient in MS Excel, collection CRM tools, and digital payment platforms.   - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.   - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple regional teams.   - Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to achieving results. Preferred Attributes:* - Multilingual communication (Tamil, English preferred).   - Two-wheeler ownership and willingness to travel across branches.   - Exposure to regulatory compliance in financial collections.
