Key Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement region-wise collection strategies aligned with company goals. - Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance across branches. - Identify risk-prone accounts and initiate proactive recovery measures. - Work closely with regional teams to support and improve overdue recovery. - Design and implement credit control processes and escalation protocols. - Prepare MIS reports, collection dashboards, and aging analysis for management. - Train, guide, and evaluate field collection executives and branch teams. - Collaborate with IT and operations to improve tech-led collection tools (e.g., digital reminders, dashboards, payment gateways). - Liaise with legal/field teams for managing high-risk or default cases. - Maintain customer relationships to ensure timely recoveries and dispute resolution.
