Co-Founder (Technical) – AI Research & Product Studio Remote / India | Equity-Based | Early-Stage We’re building a research-driven AI studio with the vision to explore, incubate, and scale multiple AI-first products—from generative tools to intelligent automation systems. This is just the beginning, and we’re looking for a like-minded Technical Co-Founder who wants to build with purpose, shape the roadmap, and lead the tech behind the vision. If you're a full-stack AI/ML engineer or builder excited about translating cutting-edge research into usable, impactful products—this is your calling. What You’ll Do Own and lead all technical decisions across R&D, architecture, infrastructure, and product development Build AI prototypes and iterate fast using tools like Python, LangChain, OpenAI API, etc. Collaborate closely on idea validation, user feedback, and go-to-market strategy Drive the technical hiring process as we scale Stay updated on the latest in AI/ML research and help integrate relevant innovations into our product pipeline What We’re Looking For Strong programming skills (Python, JS, or similar) and comfort across the stack Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) or LLM tools (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, LangChain) A hacker mindset—ability to build scrappy MVPs fast and iterate An eye for product thinking: balancing performance, usability, and scalability Bonus: experience with DevOps, cloud infra (AWS/GCP), or MLOps workflows You're excited by early-stage chaos, can work independently, and want to be part of shaping something meaningful What You’ll Get Co-founder equity — we’ll build and own this together Full creative and technical freedom A chance to define the company’s direction from Day 0 A mission-driven journey with high-impact potential Let’s create something the world hasn’t seen yet.
