Key Responsibilities

Tech Lead Role:

  • Oversee mobile app development (React Native/Flutter preferred).
  • Lead integration of AI modules for badminton match analysis.
  • Manage backend systems, APIs, and scalability.
  • Work with the product team to deliver user-friendly features.

Marketing Lead Role:

  • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate on branding, partnerships, and influencer outreach.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in relevant role(s).
  • Strong portfolio of past projects/campaigns.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver results in a startup setting.
