Location: Kolkata (Fulltime/parttime in initial months)

Co-lead a serious business — Not just do a job. execution nearly in all departments.

Implement systems for operations, client delivery, and growth.

Handle team, clients, production pipelines, freelancers, and deadlines.

Your Role:

Manage end-to-end execution of client projects.

Coordinate with editors, DOPs, scriptwriters & freelancers.

Follow structured processes and timelines.

Own project quality, client happiness & team coordination.

Work with the Founder (Creative Director) to scale fast.

Help in checking records and reports.
