We are actively looking for a driven and visionary co-founder to join our company in shaping the future of industrial additive manufacturing in India. Our focus lies in developing and commercializing advanced Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technologies, including Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Selective Laser Melting (SLM), for applications in high-precision, end-use part production.

The ideal co-founder will share our passion for innovation in laser-based powder bed systems and hold a deep understanding of India’s manufacturing landscape. A background in engineering, product development, or manufacturing strategy is essential—especially with hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AM technologies. You should also possess insight into how Indian manufacturing firms operate, procure, and adopt new technologies, and be capable of strategically positioning our company at the forefront of this fast-evolving sector.

Together, we aim to build an indigenous alternative to imported industrial-grade 3D printers—combining high performance, cost-efficiency, and support for local supply chains.
