Role Overview We are looking for a visionary Co-Founder & CTO Partner/Chief Technologist who will serve as the technical leader and strategic architect for the startup. This individual will be responsible for managing all technical and product development aspects, acting as a promoter, coding partner, product engineer and team-builder. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of product lines (NTD/NPD). Build and mentor a cross-functional tech team (developers, architects, interns). Manage full-stack development cycles across AI, LLM, SaaS, and system platforms. Collaborate on building code editors, DevOps pipelines, and integrated systems. Contribute to regulatory, security, and quality compliance for deployed tech. Represent the startup at institutional, partner, and funding consortium levels. Translate abstract ideas and client needs into prototype and product. Own and drive patentable IP, validation frameworks, and research alignments. Co-develop business roadmaps aligned with tech feasibility and budget. Preferred Qualifications B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes ( IIT/NIT/IIIT or equivalent) 5+ years in deep tech/software product development. Strong programming/NCLC background (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Rust, etc.) Prior experience in AI, ML, NLP, Computer Vision, ITOps Open-source contributor or proven GitHub portfolio. Patents, research publications, or award-winning innovations preferred. Prior startup exposure/founder experience is a bonus. Core Attributes & Mindset Visionary & self-motivated builder.
