To accelerate this journey, we are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can strategize, execute, and scale our digital marketing across Meta Ads, Amazon, and Flipkart . About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Executive to manage inventory, order processing, and logistics for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory, e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart), and courier partner apps , ensuring smooth operations across all channels. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update inventory records in Zoho Inventory with 100% accuracy. Manage and organize all inventory-related documents (stock reports, invoices, GRNs, etc.). Handle Amazon & Flipkart Seller Portals – updating inventory, confirming orders, processing returns, and ensuring account health. Schedule order pickups with courier partners (Delhivery, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and monitor dispatches. Use courier dashboards (Delhivery app, others) to track shipments and resolve delivery issues . Print invoices, labels, and packaging slips and ensure timely order fulfillment. Coordinate and supervise the packaging team for accurate and on-time dispatch. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory status, order processing, courier performance, and e-commerce sales. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system inventory. Support in process improvements to enhance efficiency in inventory and logistics. Requirements Proven experience in inventory management / e-commerce operations . Hands-on expertise in Zoho Inventory (mandatory). Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub . Experience with courier apps like Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc. Strong skills in order tracking, invoice generation, and stock reconciliation . Excellent organizational and reporting abilities (Excel/Google Sheets). Ability to lead a packaging/operations team and ensure smooth coordination. Good to Have Prior experience in D2C/e-commerce brands . Knowledge of packaging material management. Problem-solving skills in logistics and last-mile delivery.
