We're building the future of on-demand, affordable, and reliable food solutions for urban India. As we scale, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced operations leader to join as Co-Founder.
Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Partner Acquisition and Management: Source, negotiate with, and onboard new kitchen partners city-wise, area-wise, and region-wise. Build lasting, scalable relationships with cloud kitchens, local restaurants, and other food providers.
- Partner Onboarding & Listing: Lead the partner registration, verification, and listing process—ensuring seamless onboarding and consistent MealOBox standards across all partners.
- Customer Onboarding: Develop and streamline processes for customer onboarding, ensuring high conversion and retention rates.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and optimize effective on-ground operations, logistics, and workflows to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Implement and maintain systems for food quality, safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
- Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable playbook for launching in new cities and regions, including supply-demand analytics and ground partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead on-ground teams (field, relationship managers, support teams) across multiple locations.
- Fundraising: Be a principal voice and decision maker during fundraising. Work closely with other founders to pitch MealOBox, manage investor relations, and close funding rounds.
- Investment: Willingness to invest personal funds into the startup, if required, to demonstrate conviction and attract other investors.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to overall strategy, product roadmap, and key decisions as a core leadership team member.
Who You Are
- 4-7 years’ experience in foodtech, QSR, cloud kitchen, supply-chain, operations management or related sectors.
- Prior experience managing and scaling city/regional food operation setups is a must.
- Proven expertise in partner/vendor sourcing, onboarding, and management.
- Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Familiarity with compliance, FSSAI regulations, and food safety standards.
- Results-driven, high ownership mindset—with experience working in fast-paced early-stage environments preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and willing to hustle and get things done hands-on.
- Aligned with the foodtech industry—passionate about revolutionizing food delivery and experiences.
- Comfortable with an equity-only compensation structure in the early stages.
- Willing to be a key decision maker in raising funds and represent the brand with investors.
- Open to investing personal funds in the startup if needed.
