Role Summary The Co-Founder & Head of Operations will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing the core operational engine of MealOBox. This is a founding leadership role for an individual passionate about foodtech who thrives on creating impact from the ground up. The role is only equity-based. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in field and operational management within the food delivery or foodtech space, is ready to take key strategic decisions—including fundraising—and is prepared to invest capital into the venture if needed. Key Responsibilities Kitchen Partner Acquisition and Management : Source, negotiate with, and onboard new kitchen partners city-wise, area-wise, and region-wise. Build lasting, scalable relationships with cloud kitchens, local restaurants, and other food providers. Partner Onboarding & Listing : Lead the partner registration, verification, and listing process—ensuring seamless onboarding and consistent MealOBox standards across all partners. Customer Onboarding : Develop and streamline processes for customer onboarding, ensuring high conversion and retention rates. Prior experience managing and scaling city/regional food operation setups is a must. Proven expertise in partner/vendor sourcing, onboarding, and management. Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and people management skills. Familiarity with compliance, FSSAI regulations, and food safety standards. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at MealOBox, located in Lucknow. The Founding CTO will lead the development, scaling, and optimization of the company's technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end product development, implementing scalable backend systems, overseeing mobile app development, ensuring seamless integration for partners and customers, and shaping the organization's technical vision.
