Job Description

JD for the Role

  1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of CRM platforms such as CRM Tools ,
  2. Customize workflows, lead scoring, automation, and integrations with third-party platforms (email, WhatsApp, sales tools, etc.).
  3. Migrate data from legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy and structure.
  4. Design and automate CRM workflows for sales, marketing, and customer support teams
  5. Define and optimize customer life cycle stages, nurturing sequences, and communication cadences.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM features with business objectives.
  7. Train internal teams (sales, marketing, and support) on CRM usage and best practices.
  8. Act as the go-to person for all CRM-related queries and troubleshooting.
  9. Map and manage customer journeys to improve personalization and retention.
  10. Implement loyalty programs, follow-up workflows, and automated communications to boost customer engagement.
  11. Ensure CRM data is regularly cleaned, deduplicated, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
